By opening or using Ads 2 Ton — the Telegram Mini App at @Ads2TonBot or the web version at ads2ton.xyz — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

You can join with a genuine Telegram account, or on the web with your own email address, first name, last name and a unique username. Web accounts receive an Ads 2 Ton account ID, which is not a Telegram ID.

One account per person across Telegram and the web — creating, operating or controlling multiple accounts (including sharing wallets or devices to farm rewards) is not allowed and will result in all linked accounts being banned and balances voided. You are responsible for keeping your web password safe.

You can earn points by watching ads, completing tasks, joining channels, claiming lucky codes, daily check-ins, quests and referring friends. Points have no cash value until they are converted through an approved withdrawal.

• Every earning action is verified on our servers. We may adjust or reverse points from incomplete, invalid, duplicated or fraudulent activity.
• Using bots, emulators, automation, VPNs to fake location, or any technique to fake ad views or task completion is prohibited.
• Referral rewards require genuine, active users. Self-referrals and referral farms are banned.
• The web version offers web-enabled tasks only; ads, channel and Mini App tasks are available in Telegram.
• Quest and reward rules, amounts and availability can change at any time.

• Withdrawals are paid in TON to the wallet address you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your address — transactions on the TON blockchain cannot be reversed.
• Each withdrawal includes a unique comment/memo. Payments are verified on-chain from our official payout wallet; unverified or duplicated claims are rejected automatically.
• A processing fee may apply and is shown before you confirm.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are shown in the app and may differ between Telegram and web accounts. Web withdrawals do not require ad views and are reviewed by our team before payment.
• Requests may be rejected and refunded if they fail our safety checks (for example unknown location, duplicate accounts or shared wallets).
• Verified payouts may be announced publicly (amount and transaction link only) on our payout channel and blog.

If you fund tasks or channel campaigns as an advertiser, you agree that:

• Campaign content must be legal and appropriate; we may reject or remove content at our discretion.
• Payments are final once a campaign is funded and live; remaining budget rules are handled inside the admin-managed campaign settings.
• We may pause, limit or refund campaigns in case of fraud, abuse or service failure, and may moderate any campaign content.

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or reverse-engineering the app to gain unfair rewards.
• Submitting fake payment proofs or tampering with withdrawal memos.
• Harassing users or staff, spamming, or misusing support channels.
• Any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.

Violations lead to point reversal, balance void and permanent ban.

Ads 2 Ton is provided "as is". We may change, pause or discontinue any feature, reward rate or the service itself at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for losses caused by downtime, third-party services (Telegram, ad networks, blockchain) or events outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads 2 Ton and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost digital assets. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the TON value of the withdrawal in question.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. The latest version is always published on this page.
